The City of Winooski’s first-ever parklet project is coming to Main Street!
The Community Services Department will be hosting three community events during this project:
Winooski Senior Center – “Picnic in the Parklet” 8/7/18, 12 PM – 1:30 PM
Join the Winooski Senior Center for a Picnic in the Parklet – visitors are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch. We’ll have a local musician playing live, enjoy cookies and lemonade on us.
Winooski Rec. & Parks – “Play in the Parklet” 8/15/18 – 1 PM – 3 PM
Join Winooski Rec. & Parks for a fun “Trees of Vermont Identification” game, a Ring Toss, & learn more about our fun and engaging summer programs.
Winooski Memorial Library – “Library in the Parklet” 8/22/18, 12 PM – 2 PM
Join the City of Winooski Memorial Library to find a new book, learn more about upcoming Library programs, and enjoy a new public space before school starts. We’ll have little free libraries on display.
