SOUTH BURLINGTON, VT. – Two F-16s will be flying out of Burlington International Airport (BTV) in the early hours of Wednesday, Jan. 30, between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. Area residents will see and hear F-16s take off during this time. These aircraft are transiting the area from Edwards Air Force Base on their way overseas. They are not attached to the Vermont Air National Guard or 158th Fighter Wing.
In the response to inclement weather, the anticipated take off is Thursday, Jan. 31 at the same time.
