Woolen Mill Associates, LP 20 West Canal Street
The applicant on behalf of the Woolen Mill Associates, LP is seeking a dimensional waiver to reduce the required front yard setback for a proposed parking lot to be constructed along West Canal Street. This property is located within the “C-1” Central Business District.
Reviews will be in accordance with the Winooski Zoning Ordinance and all applicable provisions of T. 24 VSA Ch. 117. Plans are available for review at City Hall during regular business hours. Participation in the hearing is required to maintain party status necessary for appeal.
