A public hearing will be held at Winooski City Hall, 27 West Allen St. on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 6:30 PM to consider the following:
Variance Request, 77 Hood Street
The applicant on behalf of Ray & Kevin Menard is requesting a variance from the minimum lot size requirements for a pre-existing non-conforming lot located adjacent to 77 Hood Street. The lot, which fronts on Manseau Street, is part of the original subdivision and dates back to the 1920’s. Due to the size of the lot, it does not comply with the current minimum lot size, therefore, a variance has been requested as outlined in Section 6.8 of the Unified Land Use and Development Regulations. This variance, if granted, would allow for the development of a single-family home.
