A Request for Proposal (RFP) is a solicitation, often made through a bidding process, by an agency or company interested in procurement of a commodity, service or valuable asset, to potential suppliers to submit business proposals. It is submitted early in the procurement cycle, either at the preliminary study or procurement stage. Dept. of Public Works Snow and Ice Removal Services for 2017 – 2018 Season

Issued: Monday, September 25, 2017

Deadline for Submissions: 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 10, 2017

The City of Winooski is soliciting proposals for a contract or contracts to clear snow and ice from several City-managed parking lots from Fall 2017 through Spring 2018. Duties are to be carried out in the event of two inches or more of snow. The contract will be for the winter weather season beginning on October 20, 2017 and shall expire no later than May 15, 2018 unless otherwise negotiated. A full description of the scope of work, proposal content, bid submission process, and evaluation criteria, and general and contract conditions are provided herein.

Children and Family Services: Child Care Provider RFP (part of the “WellNooski” / Promise Communities Initiative

Email letter of intent deadline: September 15th, 2017

The City of Winooski is seeking a high-quality childcare provider to lease space at the O’Brien Community Center (OCC) at 32 Mallets Bay Ave, Winooski. This includes up to $95,000 available through a subgrant from the Wellnooski Steering Committee as part of the Promise Community Initiative under the State of Vermont Child Development Division. Typical lease provisions will apply.
